Crynodeb
Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments at first contact (home visits and in-practice). Triage and prioritise patients, including in emergency situations, using a structured clinical approach. Initiate appropriate treatments or referrals based on clinical findings and guidelines. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to inform decision-making. Use clinical frameworks (e.g. NICE) to guide safe, effective care. Making appropriate referrals to primary, secondary and social services care, following practice (and/or locally agreed) pathways and protocols. Deliver high quality clinical care in a timely manner to patients. articipation in administrative systems in the Practice. Attend and participate in Practice meetings when required. Any other delegated duties appropriate to the post
