Are you an experienced and dedicated housekeeper seeking a long-term, fulfilling role with a warm and welcoming family?
A lovely family based in Chilmark, Nr Salisbury is looking for a proactive, hands-on, and adaptable individual to join their busy household. With three delightful children and a home full of character—including animals and extensive outdoor space—this is a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to truly become part of the family.
The role:
• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (flexibility available)
• All general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organisation
• Child-friendly approach is essential
• A love of cooking is a bonus, but not required
• Managing your own time and helping wherever needed around the home
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful home, understands the dynamics of a busy family environment, and enjoys working independently. In return, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and appreciative household with the potential to build a long-term role.
Location of the job: Chilmark Nr Salisbury, Wiltshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: 4 years
Details of any training needed for this job: 1st aid
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: enhanced DBS
Hours of work: 9am – 6pm
Days required: Monday – Friday
Pets in the home: dogs, horses, chickens
Driving required: yes
