Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and administrative codes.
Develop and implement legal strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and legal staff, fostering their professional growth.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that affect clients and the firm.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction(s).
Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of legal principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Pay Per Hour: £39.58
