Neway International are seeking a Qualified Social Worker – Children with Disabilities (Kingston & Richmond) Moor Lane, KT9 | Achieving for Children | 36 hours/week Start Date: 15 September 2025 | £28.54 PAYE / £37.52 Umbrella | Inside IR35

Achieving for Children is seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team in Kingston & Richmond. This locum post is covering a secondment and is currently agreed until January 2026.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting children with disabilities and their families through assessment, planning, and intervention

Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver tailored care and safeguarding

Managing complex caseloads with professionalism, empathy, and resilience

Contributing to a team that values inclusion, empowerment, and child-centred practice

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in direct employment within an English local authority ✅ Experience working with children with disabilities (preferred) ✅ Recognised Social Work qualification and current SWE registration ✅ Commitment to DfE and London Pledge standards ✅ Willingness to work from the Moor Lane office at least 3 days a week (5 days during induction)

Contract Details:

15 September – (with potential extension to January 2026)

Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:15

Office-based in Moor Lane, KT9
