An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supported Internship Tutor to join our King’s Trust team reporting to our King’s Trust Head of Department.
As a Supported Internship Tutor with King’s Trust you’ll play a vital role in helping young adults with learning disabilities take their next step towards employment. You’ll deliver an engaging employability curriculum that embeds Maths and English while supporting learners to develop confidence, independence and workplace skills.
Working alongside a dedicated work coach, you’ll use job coaching techniques to quide learners through real workplace experiences, helping them discover their strengths and prepare for meaningful employment.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised and passionate about empowering young people. You’ll bring experience of supporting learners with additional needs and an ability to delivery employability learning. In return, you’ll receive training, ongoing development and the chance to be part of a supporting team making a real difference every day.
