We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their experienced and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with a calm, resilient, and compassionate nature who thrives in a setting where every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural needs
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans and promote engagement
• Support pupils in both classroom and therapeutic settings, encouraging independence and confidence
• Foster a safe, structured, and emotionally secure environment
• Contribute to progress tracking and communicate effectively with the wider team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with special needs is essential
• A Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learners
