Summary

Seeking a Compassionate Carer – East Kilbride Area

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to provide personal care and companionship for my brother, who is disabled and uses a wheelchair.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9.30AM – 4.30PM (flexible) with potential to provide respite care for occasional weekends.

What We’re Looking for:

- Experience in personal care and companionship
- A valid Disclosure certificate
- Clean driving licence required

We are hoping to purchase a Mobility vehicle in the coming months, and you would be required to drive this.

- Reliability, kindness, and a good sense of humour!

What’s Involved:

Supporting personal care needs including feeding, offering drinks, helping to dress/undress, assisting with toileting.

Accompanying to a day care centre (4 days a week) and supporting in the planned activities.

Planning an engaging activity for Fridays.

Bringing positivity and support into his daily routine.

Hours 35 pw @ £12.60 with potential to add more on for evenings or maybe occasional weekends for the right PA.
