Contract Length: 3 months
37 hours per week
Location: Lympstone, Devon
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out essential repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment and facilities, ensuring that all systems remain in safe and effective working order.
Minimum Requirements:
Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolve issues effectively.
Perform jet washing of exterior areas to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
Set up and maintain shooting range targets for training exercises.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in maintenance and repair.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Technical proficiency with maintenance tools and software.
A valid driving licence is desirable.
