Crynodeb
Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for managing all activities relating to the development of effective quality performance, assurance and continuous enhancement of college-wide quality strategies and systems underpinning learning and teaching, learning engagement and quality culture. You will ensure UHI North, West and Hebrides comply with all internal and external stakeholder standards and regulations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will hold a relevant qualification in the subject area – at HND Level (SCQF Level 8), or above or equivalent current experience. You will have experience in managing a diverse team within a tertiary setting and proven experience of working with external awarding bodies and agencies. You should have excellent communication, planning, numeracy and problem-solving skills.
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary: £42,522 - £44,600 per annum, pro rata, Plus Islands Allowance
Location: Fort William, Thurso or Stornoway
Working Hours: 35 hours, Permanent
