You will have a child-cantered approach, and will provide a creative, inclusive and consistent approach which inspires and motivates children and supports high quality teaching and learning. You will be flexible and enjoy working as part of a close team, building relationships with all staff and especially the partner teacher in this job share role. You will need an excellent sense of humour and a big heart, wanting to make a difference to the lives of our children and make your mark on our wonderful school.

Kehelland VillageSchool are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed class teacher for 2 days a week, as a job share with an experienced teacher in KS2. Kehelland School is in a beautiful, rural setting between Camborne, Gwithian and Hayle, with excellent facilities and easy access to the most wonderful outdoor learning environments. The real strength of the school lies in the people and community – we all work hard to ensure each member of our community is supported and cared for. We are proud of our school and our approach to social, emotional and academic support. Being a very small school we all take on a range of roles with enthusiasm, with a string understanding that we work together as a team for the benefit of our pupils.We share an ethos which promotes high standards in academic achievement allied with a broad, stimulating, hands on curriculum. We celebrate and encourage the talents and skills of all of our children. Our aim is to foster independent and curious learners who are able and willing to make a positive contribution to our community and society.
