What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you an experienced, proactive, and caring individual with a flair for administration? We are looking for two dedicated Administrative and Finance Assistants to join our business services team and support two of our wonderful schools: Central Walker Church of England Primary School and Tyneview Primary School.
As the first point of contact for our school, you will be responsible for a variety of reception, clerical, and administrative tasks. You'll be the friendly face greeting parents, carers, and visitors, while also providing essential support to the Senior Leadership Teams, Business Support Managers, and other staff members across the trust.
We are looking for someone who is:
• A great communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Experienced in a similar administrative role.
• Educated to a good standard, with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Highly motivated and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

One position is based at Central Walker Church of England Primary School, a modern, 21st-century school with excellent learning spaces. The other position is at Tyneview Primary School, a popular and welcoming school that is always full. In both schools, you'll be part of a small, supportive Business Support Team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
