Key Responsibilities:
Load your delivery van with pre-sorted packages efficiently and securely
Follow pre-defined routes to ensure timely deliveries
Drive, park, and step in and out of the vehicle safely throughout the day
Use an electronic device for GPS navigation, scanning, and delivery updates
Adhere to all road safety regulations and company procedures
Greet customers professionally and handle deliveries with care
Solve minor issues independently and communicate clearly when support is needed
Lift and carry packages weighing up to 23 kg
Navigate stairs and multi-level buildings when required
Keep your van clean and perform basic pre/post-trip vehicle checks
Requirements:
Hold a full and valid UK or EU Driving Licence (manual or automatic)
Max 6 points – No active IN, DR, or TT codes
Able to lift and carry up to 23 kg
Physically able to use stairs throughout the day
Must pass a criminal background check
Must pass a drug and alcohol test
Must be able to commute to and from the delivery station, as vans (where provided) are kept on site overnight
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, customer-focused, and safety-conscious
