Your new role
As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to enable timely, data-driven decision-making.
- Partnering with the MD, Centre Managers, and wider teams to provide commercial and analytical support.
- Supporting refinancing and restructuring initiatives as the business evolves.
- Collaborating with business partners on function-specific analysis and strategic projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a commercially minded accountant with strong technical foundations, ideally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE. You'll bring:
- Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for adding value in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll get in return
