Crynodeb
We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician / Field Engineer to work across two Birmingham sites, providing hardware setup and ongoing support for laptops. This is a fully on-site role ideal for someone with strong experience in Windows installations and Active Directory.
Location: Birmingham - 2 Sites
Rate: £200 per day
Schedule: Monday to Friday, On-Site Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and install laptops for end users
- Install and configure Windows OS
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laptop-related issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
- Travel between two Birmingham sites as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Windows installation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple locations
