We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to join our examinations team.
This is a vital role in supporting students during their exams and ensuring the integrity of the examination process.
The Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will:
- Supervise students during exams in line with JCQ and college regulations.
- Ensure examination rooms are set up correctly and materials are kept secure.
- Provide clear instructions to candidates and maintain a calm, supportive environment.
- Deal with issues or emergencies that may arise during exams.
- Assist with the collation and secure dispatch of exam papers.
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Can remain calm, professional, and authoritative when issuing instructions.
- Are reliable, well-presented, and committed to confidentiality.
- Can work flexibly during peak exam periods (October, November, December, January, March, May and June).
- Ideally, have experience supporting students, including those with additional needs (desirable but not essential).
