We are working with a market leading FMCG company just outside of Spalding who are looking for a handful of multi-skilled engineer to join their growing night shift. This position will be working in a team of 8 across a 100% automated production line.

This candidate needs to be a competent engineer who has previously worked in a manufacturing environment who has the baility to work in a large team or independently when required.

This role offers the chance to learn an ever growing range of equipment within a supportive business, who encourage development of skillsets and qualifications/certificates.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years in engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Level 3 or higher in an engineering discipline (electrical preferred)
  • Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Good to have:

  • Experience with machinery installations
  • Experience in FMCG engineering
  • An Electrical certificate
  • Time served or qualified engineer
