Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join our Out of Hours Social Work Team within a local authority committed to delivering high-quality services.

We provide a supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged through regular supervision, training, and development opportunities.

As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in providing a Social Work response for all client groups across the Scottish Borders outside office hours, including weekends and Public and Fixed Holidays.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Social Worker to join our established team. This is a demanding but rewarding role, working with a dedicated team, responding to a wide ranging needs across the Scottish Borders local area.

The team are based in Galashiels in the Central Borders.

Approved qualification in Social Work e.g. DipSW


Registration with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
