ctrg are recruiting 1 x Counterbalance Forklift driver for Night shift for GXO/BT based in Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17 4XN
**Immediate starts available - on going roles!**
Your pay rate as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- Day shift: £12.33
- Night shift: £16.40
- Overtime: £18.50
Typical hours as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- Night shift: 21:00 to 06:00
- Day shift: 06:00 to 21:00
- 22:00 - 06:15, PREMIUM night shift rate
Your role as an FLT Counterbalance Driver:
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be
- Working on your own and as part of friendly inclusive team
- Moving or placing materials manually or with the use of vehicular (FLT valid ITSSAR licenses required)
- Loading & unloading vehicles and / or containers of any sort
- Working in a variety of areas in loading department: including warehouse and outside yard
- Due to nature of the business please be aware of work in any part of the warehouse, including yard, on and off the FLT truck.
- General warehouse duties including heavy manual handling, wrapping, sortation, scanning, labelling, tipping, and housekeeping.
- Being a competent operator of all relevant computer-based systems (e.g., warehouse operating systems Cobar, WMS, Reflex, and transport systems, e.g., Trax)
- Loading / unloading trailers - full training will be provided.

- Full Time hours are available with regular overtime hours - Monday to Friday shifts with Temporary Skills Payment of £60 per week!
- Temporary to permanent potential
- No weekend work!
