The successful candidate will provide one-to-one mentoring support to individuals facing barriers to employment. They will manage a caseload of participants, helping them develop tailored action plans, build employability skills, and access training and job opportunities.
The role involves empowering individuals to achieve sustainable employment outcomes and supporting their progression once in work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering personalised mentoring and guidance
- Identifying and addressing barriers to employment
- Supporting CV development, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Building relationships with local employers, training providers, and support services
- Monitoring progress and providing ongoing support to ensure long-term success
