Key Responsibilities Provide expert MSK assessment and management at first contact, without prior GP referral. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans, including advice, education, and exercise prescription. Refer patients for investigations or to secondary care services when clinically indicated. Collaborate with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within Bath Independents PCN. Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS or other practice systems. Support patient self-management and promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices. Participate in clinical supervision, peer support, and CPD activities. Engage with local community services and voluntary sector organisations to support holistic care.
