Role Overview
As a Support Worker at Triple 3 Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to individuals in need of support. You will assist service users in maintaining their independence, dignity, and well-being, both at home and in community settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring appropriate nutrition and hydration.
Support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping where required.
Encourage and enable service users to engage in social, educational, and leisure activities.
Promote independence and empowerment while respecting the individual’s choices and rights.
Administer medication in line with company policy and training (if applicable).
Monitor, record, and report any changes in the health or well-being of service users.
Work in line with care plans, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
Build positive and professional relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
Essential Skills & Attributes

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and reliable approach to work.
Respectful of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a care or support role (desirable but not essential – full training will be provided).
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
Basic understanding of health & safety, safeguarding, and infection control.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS check required.
