Crynodeb

We are looking for an Interim Principal Surveyor for our small but busy Estates Team. The successful applicant will undertake a varied professional caseload reporting to the Head of Estates. Main tasks will include valuation, L&T, disposals, property review and other estate management matters. You will provide support for the annual asset valuation programme including undertaking valuations and liaising with the Finance Team, as well as supporting the Head of Estates with the management of the three managed workspace centres, alongside the Business Centres' Manager and support team.

We offer hybrid flexible working within a small and friendly team. The team is based in the award winning offices adjacent to the new Rochdale Riverside retail and leisure complex in the heart of Rochdale town centre. There are excellent transport links being adjacent to the metrolink transport hub along with easy access to the M62 and motorway network. It is anticipated the contract will be for a minimum of three months but possibly longer.
