Crynodeb
Undertakes exercise assessment specific to an individuals requirements. Assimilating complex information requiring analysis and interpretation to select the appropriate exercise assessment tool and exercise prescription.Following patient assessment, liaises with the cardiac nurses, whom, if necessary, can liaise with the patients consultant/GP. Liaises closely with the cardiac nurses to ensure safe effective assessment, planning and delivery of the exercise component of the programme. Prescription of individualised exercise programmes relative to patients physical, psychological, and socialneeds.
