Please also read the Job Description and Personal Spec Job summary The Home Enteral Tube Feeding (HETF) Service Co-ordinator will play a crucial role in the proactive management of the HETF service as part of a wider team. The post holder will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure patients receive an effective and efficient HETF service. Key stakeholders include our contracted nutritional products provider, other Trusts and finance and commissioning teams within NUH. The post holder will work with the Dietetic team to develop processes conducive to meeting timed milestones and key performance indicators for patient pathways and service performance. You will have contact with patients via the telephone or across other media.
