What you'll do:
- Operate and monitor large-scale production equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Follow GMP and SOPs to keep standards world-class
- Carry out in-process checks and keep batch records spot on
- Support line changeovers, setups, and hygiene routines
- Play your part in driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, chemical, food, or similar)
- Sharp attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- A reliable, proactive mindset with flexibility for 12-hour shifts
- A driving licence & own transport (due to shift patterns)
