Crynodeb
Experienced Contracts Manager required to join on with a Drylining Subcontractor on a permanent basis to manage a new tier 1 account.
This subcontractor, cover all aspects of plastering and dry-lining services. They operate within a 60-mile radius from their Head Office in Andover, Hampshire working across both residential and commercial projects. They have signed a new client with projects in the Winchester, Southampton and Bounemouth areas and require a Contracts Manager to join on with the business to manage those sites.
Previous experience of dry lining systems is a must, also having a trade background in Dry-lining would be beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Sequencing & short term programming
- Trade management
- Tool box talks
- Work to tight deadlines,
- Influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
- Responsible for coordinating various stages of contracts
- Ensuring they are completed within set timescales to an excellent standard
- Continually assess contract performance identifying improvement areas and implementing.
- Establish relationships with external partners to gain mutual trust and collaboration.
- Resolve contractual disputes through negotiation strategies, protecting organisational reputation.
- Manage contract closeout procedures, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
