Summary
Personal care assistant required for young male
Our client is looking for a personal assistant for their son, who has additional needs, to support him in social activities and accessing the community.
The role will consist of supporting the client’s son overnight for one night per week in the home. The successful candidate will have an easy-going attitude, and the ability to fulfil the client’s son’s routine, including shopping and swimming. The successful candidate will be working alongside another personal assistant. Our client’s son requires assistance with personal care, and can display challenging behaviour.
The role is up to 18 hours per week, paid at £12.21ph. The role is based in South Ferriby. Full driving license essential. Experience in a similar role and references are preferred.
Due to the nature of the role an enhanced DBS will need to be completed, which we will fund.
