Salary: £14.00 – £15.69 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Evening shift (6:00pm – 2:00am)
Contract type: Temporary to Permanent
Job Summary
Personnel Solutions are recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to support a busy distribution operation near Watford Gap, Northampton. This is a fast-paced warehouse role involving the movement of up to 300 pallets per night.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift
Load and unload vehicles
Move and organise pallets across the warehouse
Assist with general warehouse tasks when required
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
In-house or expired licences also considered (refresher training can be arranged)
Previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting
Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment on evening shifts
