Salary: £30,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6 month probation




Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

We are looking for a Driver/Customer Service Advisor to join our BRAND-NEW Accident Repair Centre in York . This will be our 37th
site! The position is a high-profile position within the business and your general job functions include providing an exceptional
standard of customer service at all times and supporting the sites administration. The post holder will also support the drivers
ensure all customer vehicles are collected and delivered in an efficient, timely and professional manner.

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

* Collect and deliver vehicles while adhering to all highway laws, including speed limits and restrictions.

* Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout.
* Complete all administrative tasks related to the role in a timely and accurate manner.
* A clear, methodical and clean working area which is to be maintained at all times.
* Adhere to all areas of Health and Safety and report any issues as a matter of urgency.
* Liaising with the workshop staff to get vehicles through the workshop as efficiently and effectively as possible.
* Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the Bodyshop Manager.
* Supply a positive & enthusiastic approach to your working day at all times.
* Collecting and delivering vehicles & observing all highway laws including speed restrictions when needed.




What are we looking for?

* Full Driving Licence.
* Proficient in using computers, PDAs, and smartphones.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
* Experience of logistics (not essential)
* Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player.
* Handle all jobs with due care and attention.
* Able to complete tasks from start to finish within given timeframes, ensuring a high standard of work.
