Do you have a passion for early years education and want to make a real difference every day? This nursery is looking for a motivated, and experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) to join its friendly and supportive team.
This nursery provides children aged 0–5 with a safe, stimulating space where they can explore, play, and grow. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in shaping children’s development, supporting their learning journey, and creating positive memories that last a lifetime.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (NVQ or equivalent) – required.
- Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or early years setting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible, proactive, and caring approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusion.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards are consistently met.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, promoting inclusion and respect.
- Take part in training and professional development to continue building your skills.
