An opportunity has arisen for a ward administrator at Larimar Unit, within the Ardenleigh site. Larimar is a acute female mental health inpatient ward.
As a key member of the inpatient team this is a varied role involving a wide range of administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of acute inpatients services and be able to deal with sensitive situations on the wards.
It is essential that the applicant is able to work on their own initiative, can demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and maintain information governance.
The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, will need to be organised, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Admin duties will include attending and minute taking at meetings, complying with standard financial instruction, provide comprehensive admin support to the two ward managers and clinical staff within the wards.
