Clinical Responsibilities Deliver expert clinical care and maintain accountability for your caseload. Use advanced clinical reasoning to assess and treat complex presentations. Support junior staff and ensure high standards of care across the team. Communicate effectively with patients and families, including delivering sensitive information. Leadership & Management Line manage the CAMHS team, including recruitment, supervision, and appraisal. Lead workforce planning and skill-mix development. Promote a culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement. Ensure staff receive appropriate training and development opportunities. Service Development & Governance Drive service innovation aligned with Trust strategy. Lead clinical audits and implement evidence-based practice. Manage incidents and complaints in collaboration with the Trust's risk and complaints teams. Ensure compliance with clinical policies and governance standards. Operational & Financial Management Monitor and manage service budgets and resources. Act as an authorised signatory for team expenditures. Support divisional savings initiatives and resource optimisation. Safeguarding & Compliance Adhere to child protection policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery.
