Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence and client queries
- Maintain files and records
- Provide administrative support including typing, dictation and document preparation
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a secretary
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
