Part-Time Support Worker – Lincoln City Centre
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our small, supportive team and assist a young lady with autism and cerebral palsy with living her life to the fullest.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in facilitate this young lady to access daily activities, support her personal care needs, and encourage independence in a warm and friendly environment.
Shift Pattern:
Mondays: 5.00pm - 7.30pm
Thursdays: 4:00pm - 7:30pm
Fridays: 5.00pm - 7.30pm
Alternate Sundays: 9.00am - 7.30pm
Additional cover may be required for sickness/holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living and personal care
Support with mobility and communication
Ensure a safe, comfortable, and clean home environment
Work alongside a dedicated team to ensure continuity of care
About you:
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or cerebral palsy is preferred, but not essential. A caring, patient, and flexible attitude is essential for this role. You should be reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.
Location:
This role is based in Lincoln city centre, with free parking available.
