Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and friendly individual to join our team. This role involves preparing made-to-order sandwiches and coffee drinks with precision and speed, ensuring high-quality and consistent results. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, including daily cleaning of the shop, equipment, and customer areas.
Responsibilities:
Prepare custom sandwiches and coffee beverages according to customer specifications and shop standards.
Operate and clean all kitchen and coffee equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the shop.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
