Salary: £14.52 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4on 4off 18:00 - 06:00

Are you detail-oriented, safety-focused, and passionate about creating a clean and safe work environment? As a Hygiene Operative,
you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our equipment and environment, ensuring we meet the highest standards
in food safety and quality.
* Purpose-Driven Work: Your role is key to upholding cleanliness and safety, directly impacting our commitment to delivering
top-quality products.
* Skill Development: Gain expertise in chemical handling, Health & Safety protocols, and food industry hygiene practices while
meeting compliance with COSHH and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Master the safe and effective use of hygiene chemicals and understand their applications.
* Ensure equipment and control panels are adequately covered to protect sensitive machinery.
* Stay vigilant about Health & Safety, reporting hazards, and keeping up documentation needs.
* Clean all environmental surfaces, monitor machinery condition, and uphold a “Clean As You Go” policy across all areas.
* Champion team collaboration and uphold a quality-focused, organized approach to every task.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
* Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the role and perform duties reliably and efficiently.
