Help deliver the aims of the Regional Occupational Health Unit.

As an Occupational Health Administrator, you will manage all incoming correspondence and resolve queries providing a confidential administrative service. You will liaise with customers and medical staff face to face as well as by phone, emails and letters to book appointments.

This is a part time permanent position working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

What you’ll be doing
-Provide reception service to the medical clinics, liaising with internal and external contacts.
-Prepare and distribute medical reports.
-Carry out administrative/process work such as preparing letters and maintaining filing systems.

The must haves
-Experience of undertaking administrative activities in a customer facing environment: including, co-ordination of appointments/meetings, process work.
-Experience of accurately inputting, retrieving and searching for information on computer databases.
-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels especially when dealing with sensitive issues.
