• Supporting personalised learning plans, behaviour strategies, and therapeutic interventions
• Working closely with families, LA professionals, and external agencies
• Driving whole-school inclusion, safeguarding, and wellbeing
• Contributing to SLT-level decision making (for Assistant Head option)
