What skills and experience we're looking for

• GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent
• Have knowledge of the SEN code of practice
• Experience of working with SEN children in a school/educational setting
• Be committed to pastoral care, collaborative teamwork and flexible working
• Be warm, positive, reflective, adaptive, patient and confident
• Be sensitive to families with diverse backgrounds

Teaching Assistant

Start - September 2025

Grade: TA2 (pts 5-6)

Hours: 30 hours per week (variable contract 15-32 hours) Term Time Only + 5 TED Days

Monday - Friday 08:45am - 3:15pm (30 minute unpaid break)

Classroom Support Teaching Assistant (Permanent)

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (TA2) to join a forward thinking team, who are dedicated to supporting our children in reaching their potential. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally, develop teaching and wider professional skills and make a huge contribution to the ever-growing success and reputation of our academy.
