What skills and experience we're looking for

We would like to appoint an outstanding teacher, leader and SENDCo who:

• Is passionate about children’s wellbeing, especially those who have additional needs, and their flourishing in all aspects of school life;
• Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress for all children and experience of driving school improvement;
• Have excellent knowledge of the curriculum, the SEND Code of Practice and strategies to support the effective inclusion of all pupils;
• Would provide inspiring leadership for SEND provision across the school, and support teachers to meet the needs of all children;
• Works effectively and supportively with parents, stakeholders and external agencies;
• Would enhance the Christian ethos of the school.
