What We’re Looking For
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with active NMC registration.
- Proven managerial or ward leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of secure services, mental health legislation, and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
