Crynodeb
Governors are seeking to appoint a motivated and energetic candidate to join our successful pastoral team. The successful candidate will contribute to raising achievement by improving school attendance and punctuality, working alongside key school staff to promote excellent attendance. As part of the pastoral team the successful candidate will also effectively support, guide and mentor learners, helping to improve behaviours and support the emotional/social development of vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will be offered the full support and resources of the school to develop professional in a highly supportive environment with inspirational colleagues. Applicants will need to enjoy building positive relationships with young people to work at the school and will have experience of working in a school setting.We offer a strong commitment to your professional development and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. The position is temporary (grant funded), for 1 year in the first instance and will commence as soon as possible. The salary stated will be subject to a term time adjustment if the commencement of employment is after the start of the academic year.
