37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks holiday hours

We are looking for a professional and motivated Curriculum Exams Officer to join our highly successful School Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging and administering the school’s internal and external examinations in accordance with regulations and the awarding body rules. The successful candidate will also manage the curriculum and academic management functions which enable creation and efficient delivery of the school timetable. We are looking for a candidate with extensive administration experience, line management experience, who is highly organised and a great communicator. Full training will be given and you will receive a mentor to support you as you learn the role.The ideal candidate will have:• Previous experience in exam administration or a senior school administration role.
• Excellent organisational, ICT and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise under pressure and lead a team of exam invigilators effectively.
• A proactive, professional and flexible approach – particularly during exam seasons and results week (availability is essential during the third week of August).This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and capable professional who is passionate about supporting students through one of the most important parts of their education.About us
