Shifts: Various shifts available - 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am
About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and efficient Mail Sorters to join our busy team in Hayes. You will be responsible for sorting incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently, ensuring it reaches the correct destination. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort mail according to route and destination
- Ensure accurate handling of letters and packages
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment
- Assist with loading/unloading mail as needed
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to provide a full 5-year employment and/or residence history for referencing
- Be able to lift up to 25kg
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Good physical fitness (role involves standing and lifting)
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude
