Daily Pay: £90 - £100 (PAYE)

Contract: Long-term to permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday | Term-time only | 8:30am - 3:30pm
About the Role
Long Term Futures are working with secondary schools and specialist SEN provisions across Nottingham to appoint Behaviour Mentors for long-term to permanent positions.
This position involves working in one school setting, supporting young people who face barriers to learning due to behavioural, social or emotional needs.
Whether your background is in education, youth work, sports coaching or care, if you can motivate and guide young people, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Support students to manage behaviour both in and out of lessons
- Use positive reinforcement and strategies to reduce barriers to learning
- Build strong, consistent and trusting relationships with pupils
- Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to implement support plans
- Monitor progress and share feedback with the wider school team
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting young people (schools, care, youth work, coaching etc.)
- Confidence managing challenging situations calmly and constructively
- Resilience, empathy and consistency in approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
