About the Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils in the classroom across various subjects


  • Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support to reinforce learning


  • Assist teachers with behaviour management and lesson delivery


  • Support students during practical tasks, projects, and classwork


  • Encourage engagement and help students overcome learning barriers


    This role is ideal for graduates who are considering a future in teaching, educational outreach, SEND support, or youth work.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Hold a 2:1 degree or above in any subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages)


    • Have experience working with young people through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or similar roles


    • Are compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about education


    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills


    • Are proactive and eager to make a positive impact in the classroom
