Are you a Hospitality or Retail GM who is looking for evenings off? An independent luxury food hall near Lichfield is on the lookout for a GM to oversee all the day to day operations. Areas include an onsite deli, butchers, café with patisserie as well as the rest of the food hall including local produce. Majority of produce in the food hall is developed on the estate and used in other areas of the estate.
This is the ideal role for any senior hospitality or retail background individual who is used to leading a team. you will identify business opportunities by communicating with your local suppliers and coming up with ideas – creativeness and passionate when speaking about goods.
