Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored housing advice to clients at risk of homelessness.
- Assess housing needs and develop personalised prevention plans.
- Liaise with landlords, housing providers, and support services to secure accommodation and resolve tenancy issues.
- Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Support clients through the application process for housing assistance and benefits.
