Balfour Beatty is seeking a dynamic Document Control Administrator to contribute to the Net Zero Teesside (NZT) project based at our site in Redcar and Cleveland.

What you'll be doing

The Document Control Administrator is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient management of documents and records within projects or organisational systems. The role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to manage and oversee the document control processes, ensuring integrity, traceability, and accessibility of all project documentation.

The successful candidate accountabilities will include;

  • Workflow management
  • Accurate document control
  • Quality assurance of document being issued, adopting a first time right approach
  • Work collaboratively with document control and quality functions
  • Take on general support duties to enable efficient running of document control team
