What youll be doing: Acting as a trusted advisor, supporting managers and colleagues with day-to-day HR and ER queries. Managing employee relations casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and coaching managers along the way. Helping to shape and improve HR policies, processes and toolkits to make a positive difference to our people. Providing insight through reporting and data analysis, supporting key projects and HR initiatives. Contributing to training, wellbeing, and engagement activities to support our teams across the Group. What were looking for: Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with strong knowledge of employee relations. CIPD Level 5 (working towards it or equivalent experience). A confident communicator who can quickly build strong relationships at all levels. Someone who thrives on being organised, solutions-focused, and making a positive impact. Why join us?
